Refund Policy

At Bengal Pixel, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services, we have a strict refund policy.

1. Non-Refundable Advance

The 50% advance payment collected at the start of the project is non-refundable. This covers our initial resource allocation, planning, and design setup time.

2. Cancellation Stages

  • Before Design Start: If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started, a full refund (minus transaction charges) may be considered at our discretion.
  • During Design/Development: If you cancel during the project, no refund will be issued for hours already worked or milestones already achieved.

3. Project Revisions

We offer revised designs based on your feedback. Dissatisfaction with a design style is not a valid ground for a refund if we have followed the requirements provided in the scope of work.

4. Technical Issues

If there is a technical error on our part that we are unable to fix within a reasonable timeframe, a partial refund for that specific feature may be discussed.
