Welcome to Bengal Pixel! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Bengal Pixel's Website.

1. Project Terms

By starting a project with Bengal Pixel, you agree to the specific scope of work defined in your proposal or contract. Any additional work requested outside this scope will be charged separately.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance: A 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
• Milestones: Payment milestones will be defined in the project proposal.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the final delivery or live deployment of the project.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will result in delays in the project delivery timeline.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final website designs and code. However, Bengal Pixel retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bengal Pixel shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
